MEDICAL DESIGN

Image 1|3 We generated 3 concept monitors for 3 different price points.

Omron Healthcare - Blood Pressure Monitors

Under direction of global healthcare products manufacturer Omron, we designed through conceptual sketching and rendering and delivered computer generated photo realistic renderings of 9 conceptual blood pressure monitors for Walgreen's.

MedHead - Spine Surgery Tool

With the idea of combining two surgical tools into one, MedHead contacted us to design and manufacturer a solution needed in spine surgeries. We hand turned titanium components that threaded into existing tools allowing them to withstand autoclaving and the hammering process.

1|3 We machined 100s of small Polyethylene parts for one of j2's products.

j2 Medical Solutions - X-ray Accessories

We have aided j2 Medical Solutions in the development of many of their products. We recently designed a trade show exhibit for them and fabricated prototypes of their latest product. We have done CNC small run productions, CAD work, and electronic circuit design.

ThePocketPack - Medical Personnel Accessory

The PockePack is an apparel accessory for hospital workers. Floppy scrub pockets frequently allow IDs, cellphones, pens, etc. to fallout on the floor. This multi-function rubber pocket solves this problem effectively and cheaply.

CONSUMER ELECTRONICS

iDNA - Electronic Children's Toy

The company iDNA asked us to create 2 working prototypes of a product that they could present to their team to boost excitement for the project. We embedded a toy with LED lights and interfaced them through USB and a custom written PC application.

1|2 We implemented a 3.5 turn digital servo motor with a 5:1 gear ratio to get the rotations and speeds the client needed.

Entrepreneur - Rototating Jewelry Display

Created for a startup jewelry retailer, this product is used to film the intricate details of the pieces they sell. It is a fully functional, one-off prototype that sweeps the gloss black platform at multiple degrees of rotation, has a speed adjustment feature, and runs off a few AA batteries.

1|3 This entrepreneur wanted us to explore different forms for the body panels of his 3 wheel car concept.

Entrepreneur - 3 Wheel Race Car

The Cadbox helped a sole-proprietor conceptualize his idea for 3 wheel sports car. Following strict styling guidelines by the client we worked through many revisions to provide photo realistic renderings which are being use to gain investors. The car is currently in the structural design phase with other engineers.

Designing plastic products for injection molding is one of our specialities. This product is now being distributed globally.

G and Co Design - Corporate Awards

After completing a big project, Heinz wanted to award their international team members a unique "trophy". On a very quick timeline we generated concepts, created masters, molded and cast 20 awards.

1|3 This product was designed to hold hot water in a form that different diameter rice paper could be inserted in to make flexible. The rice paper is then pulled out, draped over the integrated drying rack where it drip dries before becoming an egg roll.

Mr. Spring Roll - Plastic Bowl

CAD modeling products for plastic injection molding is something we do everyday. The CAD model we created went straight to manufacturing.

Palm Coast Imports - Fan Renderings

We CAD modeled and rendered 20 ceiling fans for Palm Coast Imports, a new LLC. We rendered multiple views with overall dimensions called out so they could use them for catalogs and marketing material.

Muro Bello Art - Decorative Art

Muro Bello Art, a brand new startup, had us convert artistic designs into files able to be CNC laser cut out of a variety of materials that customers' can mix and match to create unique, exterior decorations for their homes.

INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS

1|3 We provide all our customers with a 3D CAD model that can be viewed, rotated, measured etc. on their computer. Through a free CAD model viewing software we make sure that we don't lose the clients design intent when working in CAD.

PG and A Online - Custom CNC Machine

Previously creating their displays by hand, this client was desperately in need of a custom CNC machine to cut the forms of their point of purchase displays accurately and fast. The solution proved to be a 3 axis CNC router capable of milling 5 'x 9' x 5" pieces of stock. We are designing, and building the machine for much less than the cost of an equal OEM piece of equipment.

Drew Technologies - Industrial Vehicle Diagnostic Unit

Drew Technologies leads the vehicle diagnostic and reprogramming market with Ford, General Motors, and Volvo. They contacted us as they were in need of a plastic enclosure for their latest product. We generated many concepts of which one was chosen to be CAD modeled and rendered.
